Stop worrying yrr !!

Alike many i was a also among those who are “ill” , ill for a disease which does not seems any ” major type ” requiring horrible  treatments , sourful medicines and hectic appointments with doctor , but a disease which is very common among all of  which some are not aware or do not want to accept , but are patient of that . Yess ! , that is disease of worryness .

Worry of activities of daily life , like worry of  ” are yrr abhi yeh kaam nahi hua  ab kya hoga , aree kal subah train hai miss ho gayi toh , abhi business ka assingment jana baaki hai  raaste mein koi dikkat ho gayi toh , business community mein naam kharab ho gaya tohh , sab aacha chal raha ho toh bhi lage ” are yrr usse dosti kharab ho gayi toh , ya kaam sahi hone ke baawajood  office se call aagaya aur boss ne kuch keh diya toh . Ya ” banta hua kahi bigad na jaye ” , ek kaam karte waqt , kisi aur kaam ki worry ho . All such seams like to be very insignificant or normal , which ot is actually not .

Let me tell you about Sir Willis H Carrier , the brilliant engineer who launched the air-conditioning industry and who headed the world-famous Carrier Corporation, in Syracuse, New York. Was among those who was patient of this disease , but who successfull overcame from that disease with a permanent cure .

For this disease his cure sir Willis H Carrier has suggested a most popular formula whichhe had  followed for over 30 years . Its is :

Step 1 :  Analyzed the situation fearlessly, honestly and figured out what was the worst that could possibly happen as a result of this failure.

Step 2 :  After figuring out what was the worst that could possibly happen,  reconciled yourselfself to accepting it, if necessary. Say to yourself: This failure will be a blow to my record, and it might possibly mean the major loss ; but if it does, I can always get another position. Conditions could be much worse , than it is .

Step 3 :   From that time on, calmly devote your time and energy to trying to improve upon the worst which you had already accepted mentally.

So next time when you get a face to face with any such condition always , practice this formula , and just say to yourself  ” C’ mon , stop worrying yrr!!” .

I am from a small town !!

Every small town person who used to get fascinitated about the thought being in the big city , amid ” bada sahar , bada kaam , mahaul hi alag hoga yrr!! ”

But this time of quarantine has made many realize that the town we used to small place we wanted to leave and settle in bigger cities , is the town which gives you sense of peace , sense of slow time running that gives you time for yourself .

Yes its true there are no metros , no ” hifi malls ” , no big 3D cinemas , no Mac Ds or other amusememt parks. But yes it does have those lonely bypass , it does have sceneries of standing on rooftops and enjoying the moon light and town lights along , it does have ” pados valon ke saath aksar chhat pe gaappe lagana ” , it does have ” doston ke saath bike pe ghante bhar mein poora shahar ghoom aana ” , sadak ke baaju vali kulia pe baith kar saathiyon ke saath bakwas karna ” , it made realized the worth of that 500 bucks note which were just hardly enough for two day survival in “big city” .

The hours required to travel from one place to another in same metro city , were just enough to change “town to town” , no prior planning of free time to meet know living in the same metro city , ” jinse jab mann kiya , gadi uthai aur nikal gaye milne ghar ” .

This time has surely made many realize those comforts and ” chill” that these small towns possess .

You are soo “lazy” !

Praveen was used to those words of his dad which used to work as a reminder , that he has completed his graduation and qualified his CAT exam with enough marks to get him admissioned in a “OK” college . But the period of quarantine made his active and studious mind to get in “lazy mode” . These or such related issues are in abundance in this country . Vikram ( like approx 98 percent students of his age ) was not sooo interested about his life , about his college , about his further life as employee in a MNC unlike his parents .

You know why so much of the such candidates are crowned as “aalsi aulad” at their family . The reason being is not there inactivity , the reason is the work they do , the life they live . The environment they face daily . Its all full of fear , uncertainity , insecurity whether about their studies , exam they give , age they complete their eduaction and get “good” jobs ..

These all things supress the creativity , sense of love towards work , “pagalpan” in the thing they are in , mind of such person are supressed below the constant stress of the veryy sloww changing conventional paths towards their life .

Unfortunately , this thing has ruined enough the “out of the box” thinking mind . Things are changing , but still such thing has made and nobody knows how many such mind are gonna be “aalsi” till then.
